More than eight decades of service will be celebrated when the local community comes together to recognise the 85th anniversary of the Buxton Rural Fire Brigade.

The RFS Mid Coast District will tonight celebrate the achievements of 55 volunteers, who will be presented with medals recognising their service and commitment to their community.
