The fire is most likely a result of recent lightening activity and is approximately 4 kms north of Faulconbridge, west of Faulconbridge Ridge. We have three aircraft actively dropping water on the fire at the moment.
There is still a forecast wind change to the North-West this afternoon. Overnight a southerly wind change is expected around midnight to 2am.
