During times of major incident activity, such as during bush and grass fires where there is a threat to the community, updates are posted here.

A bush fire is burning north from the Victorian Border. The fire is currently more than 164,000 hectares and is being controlled.

Advice - Badja Forest Road, Countegany (Snowy Monaro, Eurobodalla and Bega Valley LGAs) 25/01/2020 08:10

A bush fire is burning over a large area between the Bega and Moruya areas. The fire is more than 262,000 hectares in size and is not under control.

Advice - Clyde Mountain (Eurobodalla LGA) 25/01/2020 08:42

A bush fire is burning in the Clyde Mountain area south of the Kings Highway, through to the Deua River Valley. The fire is more than 92,400 hectares in size and is out of control.

Advice - Adaminaby Complex bush fire (Snowy Monaro LGA) 25/01/2020 07:44

A bush fire is burning to the north and north-west of Adaminaby. The fire has burnt more than 95,800 hectares and is being controlled.

A bush fire is burning in the Bombala, Rockton, Mila and Paddys Flat areas. The fire is currently over 22,000 hectares in size and is being controlled.

Fire is burning in the Snowy Mountains area, north of the Victorian border in an area between Khancoban and Tumut. The fire is more than 333,000 hectares in size and is being controlled.

A bush fire has been burning in the Werri Berri area. The fire is more than 27,700 hectares and is being controlled.
