MyRFS - NSW Rural Fire Service

MyRFS logoOne NSW RFS is our Member Website, especially for volunteers and NSW RFS staff.

It provides access to the latest Service information and news, brigade management tools and communities where they can engage with fellow members.

It replaces MyRFS and also provides each volunteer with access to their member information via the Member Portal.

Modern, mobile-friendly and based on feedback from our volunteers, One NSW RFS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Frequently asked login questions

How do I login?

Go to one.rfs.nsw.gov.au and login using your existing NSW RFS details - e.g. the login details you previously used for MyRFS and use for RFS ACTIV.

If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to give the system a few hours to set up your profile and your new communities. You can explore the rest of the site straight away.

I am a volunteer and I don't yet have a login details, how do I get one?

All NSW RFS members upon joining are issued with login details for NSW RFS tools including One NSW RFS.

If you have not yet received your login details, please contact your Captain or Secretary.

If you are a Captain or Secretary and have not received the login details for your member, please contact your District Office.

If you know you have a valid email address registered with us you can simply reset your login details at https://reset.rfs.nsw.gov.au.

I am a staff member and not a volunteer, how do I login?

There has been no change to your login. You can login with your network username and password as usual.

I'm having problems logging in or using One NSW RFS, where can I get help?
