Our Strategic Direction

The RFS Strategic Direction 2026-2031 provides a practical roadmap for where we want the RFS to be in five years, and how we will get there. It reflects our commitment towards our purpose, to protect the community and our environment by minimising the impact of fire and other emergencies. This Direction is about strengthening the way we serve our communities, today and into the future.
