More than 150 fire cadets aged 12-16 years old from across Australia will put their skills to the test for the next two days in the fifth biennial Australian National Fire Cadets Championships.

The Mathoura Rural Fire Brigade has proudly protected the local community for a century and today, members from the Mid Murray District gathered to celebrate the milestone anniversary, the addition of three new trucks to the District and the achievements of veteran volunteers.
