Corporate training

We offer training packages including Bush Fire Awareness and Basic Fire Fighter. RFS Trainers are fully accredited, possess practical fire experience as well as vast amounts of subject expertise.

Our training courses can be delivered either on-site at your workplace or at one of our training facilities. The RFS has fire control centres located around the state, most of which can be accessed for corporate training.

The RFS enjoys strong support in the NSW community due to the invaluable contribution our volunteers make in providing both protection from, and mitigation against the threat of bush fires. This support is reflected in the corporate sector utilising RFS trainers for commercial fire training, encouraged by the knowledge that the fees contribute to ongoing volunteer support programs. Revenue raised from these programs directly supports the work of volunteer firefighters in NSW through professional development opportunities and ongoing programs such as school-based Cadet, international and domestic specialised training, conference attendance and enhanced training facilities.
