Bush Fire Danger Ratings

Bush fire danger ratings are issued during the bush fire danger period.

The bush fire danger ratings give you an indication of the consequences of a fire if one was to start.

The higher the fire danger, the more dangerous the conditions.

You can use the bush fire danger ratings as your trigger for action in your Bush Fire Survival Plan.

There are currently no bush fire danger ratings being issued, as no areas are in the bush fire danger period. The bush fire danger period normally runs from October to March but is often extended due to local conditions.
