The NSW RFS has thousands of young members
More than 8,600 NSW RFS members are under the age of 25, with around a quarter of those young women.
They're in a range of roles from firefighters and cadet members to communications, logistics and catering.
To all of our young members – a huge thank you for your work in communities all over NSW every day.
