The fire is burning in the area of Genowlan Road in the Glen Alice area to the east of the Capertee National Park, approximately 45km north of Lithgow.
The fire has burnt more than 60ha and is not yet controlled.
Check and follow your Bush Fire Survival Plan. If you do not have a plan, decide what you will do if the situation changes. Leaving early is your safest option.
