The NSW RFS actively encourage those who seek promotion now or into the future, to the next level to apply and participate in the OpO recruitment process.

There have been two changes made since last years recruitment actions:

1. The Mobility Policy has been consulted on and is currently under final review. It is envisioned following employee feedback that OpO mobility will be more elective than prescriptive.

2. Service Standard 6.1.2 Qualifications of NSW RFS Members is under review and any changes to this standard will affect the Role Description.

Please note that this information is provided in the best interest of any perspective applicants and may be subject to change following the normal Service Standard endorsement processes.
