Celebrating NAIDOC Week 2014

Summary

NAIDOC Week is a week to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Every day you'll find NSW RFS and Indigenous communities working side by side, sharing knowledge, experience and culture – like the Bushfire Resilience for Aboriginal Communities program, or the recent Firesticks workshop where 30 Indigenous rangers recently undertook bush fire training and NSW RFS staff received training in cultural awareness. It's a partnership we're proud to celebrate during NAIDOC Week.
