Initial assessment of Winmalee and Springwood areas

Summary
An initial assessment of properties has been completed in the Springwood and Winmalee areas today.
Multi-agency Building Impact Assessment teams, lead by the NSW Rural Fire Service, have
inspected areas around Springwood and Winmalee.
At this stage, 81 properties have been destroyed, with 37 damaged.
Approximately 30 percent of the fireground has been assessed. The number of
properties
destroyed or damaged will rise.

- Linksview Road
- Nagle Avenue
- Birdwood Avenue
- Kent Street
- Emma Parade
- Yandina Avenue
- Halcyon Avenue
- Muru Avenue
- Durali Avenue
- Pindari Street
- Bulbi Avenue
- Bundah Street
- Bunnal Avenue
- Singles Ridge Road
- Buena Vista Road
