Teacher resources for students in years 7-12. Every single person in our community is connected in one way or another with fire. Fire may be disastrous in that it destroys our belongings and interrupts our way of life, or fires may be beneficial by providing us with an energy source which we can use to prepare meals, keep us warm, transport us and our goods and maintain our standard of living.

'Firesafe' offers a complete Science and Technology K-6 program for teachers. This program is derived from the Board of Studies (BOS) Syllabus. Headings for topics are basically the same as appear in the BOS document. Teacher learning programs can be developed from this program.
